I begin by assessing your current levels of fitness and movement patterns before working regularly together to learn new exercises and techniques that will in turn aid your fitness goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, enhance your Athleticism in your chosen sport or generally become a stronger, fitter version of yourself, with intelligent programming, focus and motivation I can help.
Train with me face to face or online.
One to one - £40 per hour/pay as you go
Starter Set - £210 / block of 6 sessions
Commit to your goal - £300 / block of 10 sessions
Shared Experience for 2 - £50 per hour
