For those about to Swing, I salute you!

Strength training can feel like a maze of tips, tricks, and trends. But with this course, we're cutting through the noise to show you what it really means to build strength for a healthy, active life.

Myth-Busting Time!

Forget the Western workout myths! This course is all about skill, not sweat for the sake of it. I’ll show you how practice, not punishment which makes you stronger.

We’ll dive into three core processes to build a stable foundation for lifting. Because, as the saying goes, “You can’t shoot a cannon from a canoe!”

The 3 processes for muscle linkage

  1. Irradiaition - channelling energy from other muscle groups

  2. Feeding Forward Tension - preloading the body

  3. Dominant Strength - performing the LIFT

Building the Base

We’ll master the essentials: the deadlift, hike pass, dead stop swing, single and double-handed swings, vertical and horizontal planks, plus breathing techniques to keep your engine revved! Add in some fast and loose drills, and you’ll recover like a pro.

Work as hard (or as light) as you want, just keep your form tight and your smile wide!

What You Need

Bring a strong spirit, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, plus a water bottle, loose and light clothing, barefoot or trainers and a towel.

I’ll guide you through the rest.

The Commitment

It’s taken me years of training and a fair share of mistakes to understand how to stay strong without burning out. I’ve learned the hard way so you don’t have to! Together, we’ll build a body that’s ready for anything.

Q&A Time

I’ll answer your questions throughout the session, with plenty of demos to help you master the techniques. Stay after the course for more Q&A and we can also discuss how you can commit to my 10-week programme.
