What to Expect
Under the expert guidance of Mike Tooth, an SFG2-certified kettlebell coach trained by world-class kettlebell experts you will learn and master:
Kettlebell Swing: A dynamic hip-hinge movement that builds explosive power, cardiovascular endurance, and posterior chain strength.
Turkish Get-Up: A full-body exercise requiring mobility, stability, and strength as you transition from lying to standing while holding a kettlebell overhead.
Kettlebell Clean: A fluid pull movement that transitions the kettlebell from the ground to the rack position, emphasizing control and strength.
Military Press: A strict overhead press that develops shoulder and upper body strength, core stability, and total-body tension.
Kettlebell Squat: A foundational lower-body movement that builds strength, mobility, and stability in the legs and core.
Kettlebell Snatch: An explosive overhead lift that combines power, speed, and endurance, transitioning the kettlebell from the ground to overhead in one fluid motion.
As we introduce new techniques, you’ll take on fun and challenging programs designed to test and elevate your skills. Your body will naturally develop greater relative strength, enhanced mobility, and improved resilience, empowering you to embrace life with more confidence and freedom than ever before.
